PAYMENT DETAILS

You can pay with any “Credit or Debit Card”. There is no surcharge added to the cost of your order. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are processed by our payment gateway provider.

In the wake of a refund, it would happen through the original mode of payment only.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

For products shipped internationally, please note that manufacturer warranties may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country language; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Synergix International, the recipient is the importer of product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our customers to be aware that shipping products internationally means that shipments are subject to inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. The following details may be collected: name, contact details, delivery details, email address etc. The details collected do not include the credit card details of the customer, and such details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party.

Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

No Guarantee

Synergix International does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Sites, and operation of the sites may be interfered with by numerous factors outside Synergix International's control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

We really hope that you're happy with your purchase! If you change your mind and wish to return anything that you have bought from Synergix International, we'll be happy to refund a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.

Return Policy

Products sold on the Synergix International site are subject to a return policy within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the date of delivery, as long as products are in the original packaging, and original condition when purchased and received except in cases a product is defective and/or materially different from the one ordered by a purchaser. If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or if accessories, manuals or bundled items are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct upto 90% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment of the merchandise to be returned.


Warranty Policy

We offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 year. However, specific periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items may not be covered. All warranties are in accordance with manufacturer's standard terms & conditions.

Warranty stickers/labels on the products should not be removed or damaged. All warranties are void if found to be damaged, scratched, modified or altered in any way.
Replacement of defective product will only be sent upon receipt of the defective product back to Synergix International.

If a replacement of the defective product is not available or if cannot be repaired, full refund of the defective product will be issued.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment of any defective product back to us however we may offer free product or voucher to cover some of the shipment cost.
Products returned under warranty as defective will be tested and inspected.

Customer is responsible for proper packaging of return items. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged or damaged.
Items which are determined to have become damaged by the customer will be void of warranty and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the product back if desired.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Synergix International

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not yet been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We cannot cancel orders that we have already processed and shipped out. Synergix International has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Synergix International and accept Synergix International's decision regarding the cancellation.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Our company is located in UAE Dubai. It takes 10-15 days for packages to arrive to destination countries by courier.

Shipping charges vary according to destination and size of shipment.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Shipping Carriers

Most of our shipments are handled by Emstar, UPS and the Postal Service (EMS). We also have relationships with FedEx, TNT and DHL and may ship using these providers from time to time, upon our sole discretion. If Synergix International must ship via alternate carrier from method selected during checkout, we will attempt to contact you first with information regarding the change. If there is a significant difference in the pricing between the two methods, we may issue an invoice or credit for the amount of difference.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the UAE may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Non-Delivery, Damage Investigations

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and verify the delivery of products purchased from Synergix International.

If tracking information indicates an issue or if package has not been received with 15 days of shipment, you must contact Synergix International. Synergix International will work with our shipping providers and provide details directly to you once available. Some investigations can take up to a month to conduct depending upon the cause of delay and the carrier of shipment. We have no control over delays, especially those caused by customs or other government involvement.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to notify us immediately upon identification of possible tampering with or damage to a package. If you receive a damaged or opened package, you must also report this immediately to the carrier that delivered the package. If the package was delivered in your absence, contact the courier immediately upon identification of an issue and make sure to note any case/reference number they provide. Also, please take digital photos of the condition of the box and/or its contents and contact us immediately with the specific details. Synergix International will make every attempt to initiate, process and help to resolve the issue.
